We are a small company looking to expand our team further primarily in India but also the UK. We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter who has prior experience of hiring in these countries. Our preferred platform for hiring is Linkedin. The work will involve drafting and approving the job description with the hiring manager, posting it on Linkedin and carrying out some pre-screening tasks to shortlist suitable candidates and progressing them through the interview stages to hiring. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong intuition and maturity to hire the right candidates that align with our culture. The hiring domains current include IT, Marketing and Administrative support staff.
