As Recruitment Consultant, you will:Manage you own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycleAttract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in personSource, vet, shortlist and propose suitable candidatesUtilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignmentsCo-operate and collaborate closely with other team membersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sectorAs Recruitment Consultant, you will need:Proven experience in Technical or Professional permanent/interim/contract recruitmentA commercially astute mindsetAn ability to identify and acquire high quality new clientsExperience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidatesStrong organisational and time management skillsA determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the jobSalary & benefits:Basic up to £40kAttractive commission structure, with no thresholdHybrid/home workingRealistic opportunities f
