What you’ll do: Grow new and existing client relationships through proactive business development and networking Build and nurture a strong candidate network within your specialist market Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle; from taking briefs and sourcing talent, to negotiating offers and successfully placing candidates Identify new opportunities to grow your desk and make a positive impact on the team’s success Work closely with supportive colleagues who celebrate each other’s achievements What we’re looking for: Experience in recruitment (open to all sectors) - but we also welcome applications from graduates and trainees who are eager to start their recruitment careers.
