We are open to sector experience and have opportunities across many of our specialisms including; HR, Professional Office, Technology and Supply Chain. As a mature business, that has been operating across the Eastern region since 2002, we have an unrivalled client portfolio and work with a wide range of the region’s leading employers – from innovative start-ups to global brands.What you’ll be doing: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the specialist sector that you recruit in, including industry trends, market demands, and talent availability. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ranging from small start-ups to major blue chip organisations and public sector entities. Provide high-quality recruitment services, ensuring a personalised and honest approach to deliver exceptional results. Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Match candidates to client requirements, considering their technical expertise, experience, and career aspirations. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, negotiate terms of engagement, and provide ongoing support through
