Full time, continuing opportunity Exciting opportunity to assist with the international student recruitment strategy Base Salary $83K + 17% superannuation About the opportunity Utilising your initiative and keen interest in continuous improvement, you will have the opportunity to take total ownership of this role and broaden its scope and reach. Your organisational and prioritisation skills will be key in providing a full suite of administrative and operational support across all international recruitment activity. Your key accountabilities will include the collection and maintenance of data across student recruitment events as well as collaboration and engagement with a range of stakeholders to execute recruitment events. With the international recruitment focus, the Student Recruitment Assistant may be required to work outside of our core business hours to support events. About you has experience working in a similar environment in international student recruitment within a large and complex organisation proficiency in a second language is advantageous, with Mandarin being highly desirable upholds strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders demonstrates flexibility and thrives in an accommodating working environment with an administration focus fosters collaborative working and displays a team player attitude toward the immediate team and wider business enjoys coordination of events, possess strong initiative and has solid ability to prioritise varying workloads.
