Responsibilities include:Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needsImplementing attraction strategiesAdvising on job and candidate specifications and process improvementsCollaborating with senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and business casesLiaising with agencies and managing relationshipsInterviewing candidatesOverseeing and developing assistants in the teamUtilising direct sourcing methods such as LinkedInManaging metrics and reporting Driving forward diversity and inclusion initiativesJob RequirementsYou will have previous experience of working in a recruitment role with exposure to fee earning recruitment in law either from agency or in-house.
