We have our bank of around 370 casual locum workers who, along with a range of temporary agency partners, cover staffing gaps across the organisation.Working as part of a small sub team within the wider Resourcing Team you will join us as a Resourcing Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding and retention of casual workers and temporary agency staff across the organisation.In this varied and interesting role, you will:Provide administrative support for a range of People activities relating to temporary staff, including recruitment, compliance, onboarding, payroll, L&D and offboarding.Carry out all pre-employment checks for casual workers to St Mungo’s Locum Bank, processing a high volume of applications from various sources including staff leavers, agency workers, students, volunteers and external applicants.Be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries from locums, managers and agencies, dealing promptly and effectively by phone, email and in person.Conduct agency audits and contribute to the ongoing compliance monitoring of agencies on St Mungo’s Agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL).In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London.
