We’re looking for a recruiter to review a batch of 10 resumes for a Marketing Coordinator position. The goal is to identify which applicants are worth moving forward and provide short notes on their fit. Scope of Work: Review 10 resumes we’ll share Check each against the must-have requirements: ✔ 2+ years in marketing ✔ Social media management ✔ Content writing ✔ U.S.-based candidates only Mark which candidates are suitable and which are not Add a 2–3 line comment per resume explaining your decision What We Expect: A simple shortlist highlighting strong matches Brief, clear feedback on why some candidates don’t fit Fast turnaround (within 24 hours preferred)
