• We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our EMEA Countries team based in Bardon, Leicester (UK). You will support recruitment activities across different functions and countries while collaborate on Talent Acquisition initiatives. If you are curios, empathetic and you want to gain HR experience in a fast paced environment you should apply! The opportunity will last 12 months, you will be focused mainly on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities focusing on the UK market but supporting across different European countries. You will work closely with the recruitment team, being responsible of: Posting and updating open positions Learn and utilize Applications Tracking System (ATS) software (Workday) for candidates management Schedule phone, video and onsite interviews Assist with collecting key documents and information from different stakeholders Cooperate in selection processes in support of Recruiter and the Talent Acquisition manager Run and organize campus partnership and events to attract young graduates Support ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition How will you know if this is the right job for you? You are a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with a prior experience in HR or Recruiting. Interaction with people is critical for this role so you must be capable of communicating in a fast paced and international environment. We will handle together very urgent and critical processes, so it is important that you are a fast learner, with a strong eye for details and ability to multi-task. What’s in it for you?
