Sounds great, what will I be doing? The role focuses on providing high-quality support to individuals in mental health crisis. You will assist clients during their stay, helping to reduce immediate distress and develop plans to prevent future crises. This includes working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary mental health services to ensure effective, multi-agency support. All interventions should reflect the organisation's values and commitment to recovery, co-production, and person-centred care, while following established policies and procedures.? You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You will have demonstrable experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis needs, with a strong understanding of a range of mental health conditions, crisis management, and how to communicate with dignity and respect. You will be knowledgeable in relevant mental health legislation, including CPA processes, and committed to recovery-focused approaches.
