You’ll work as part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team delivering high-impact support across London’s probation clusters.This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days look the same.What you’ll be doingManaging a diverse caseload of adult male prison leavers and people on community ordersCompleting comprehensive assessments and co-creating SMART, recovery-focused action plansDelivering 1:1 support, group work and virtual sessionsBuilding trust, motivation and continuity of contact throughout the recovery journeySignposting and liaising with probation staff and partner agencies to ensure sustained engagement with treatmentMaintaining accurate, timely records using Refer and Monitor systemsSupporting people with complex needs, including co-occurring mental health challengesSome RNs will act as subject matter experts (e.g. BAME communities, chemsex), supporting colleagues across the serviceWhat we’re looking forExperience supporting people with substance use, mental health or complex needsConfidence working independently while collaborating across multi-disciplinary teamsStrong assessment, planning and engagement skillsFlexibility to work
