This is an excellent opportunity to join a small team within the Registration service in Slough. You will be the main point of contact for our customers who have appointments booked and registration enquiries.
The role requires high standards of customer services, dealing empathetically with individuals and families experiencing a spectrum of emotions and personal circumstances. An in-depth knowledge of the legislation regarding this service is essential.
In this challenging opportunity you will need experience of dealing face to face with customers and excellent and accurate skills to ensure the legal procedures and framework for this service are carried out to the highest standards.
High levels of literacy, relating to writing skills are a key requirement. You will have:
- Ability to work within a changing organisation
- Ability to work with staff and managers at all levels and with our stakeholders
- Ability to use IT packages, including Word and Excel
- The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English
- Smart dress code essential
