  • We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Head Office. This is a key position within a busy, professional environment, pivotal to ensuring the seamless operation of our office while delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. As the first point of contact, you will represent a highly professional, organised, and forward-thinking workplace.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings, as well as maintain meeting room calendars.
  • Support the office with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail handling.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area and office environment are well-organised, presentable, and welcoming.

  • What We’re Looking For
  • At least 5 years’ experience working within a professional office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general IT systems.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
