Looking for someone to answer calls, attend meetings via zoom to take notes and write meeting minutes, arrange meetings. Research for RFP’s (requests for proposals) and fill out forms and submit RFP’s. Submittal of RFP’s will be a team effort but you will be responsible for researching and understanding our company structure and then filling out necessary forms and submitting.
