Are you a cheerful and organised individual keen to support an impactful company in Bristol? This is a fantastic opportunity for a responsible and reliable team player to be an instrumental part of our rapidly growing business. This is a very important role- you will be the first point of contact for all visitors at our St Philips facility and will work closely with our front of house team to greet visitors, help our members, and be responsible for the day to day running of the Front of House facilities.


Please note that due to the nature of this role we are unable to offer flexible or hybrid working arrangements.


Key responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming visitors to the building with friendliness and a smile
  • Taking calls in a professional manner, noting down messages accurately
  • Emailing members, suppliers and visitors
  • Receiving and distribution of mail and deliveries
  • Ordering & stock control of supplies e.g. coffee, tea, milk, snacks, stationery etc.
  • Ensuring all communal areas are in good order
  • Booking catering and meeting rooms
  • General administrative responsibilities including supporting other members of the team

  • Flexibility and willingness to cover at our other site
  • Independence with the ability to take initiative
  • Proficiency in IT, plus happy to learn new software such as Microsoft Office Suite & G-Suite
