Receptionist – £12.47 per hour plus holiday pay. Immediate start Location: Liverpool city centre Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm Are you a friendly and organised individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Receptionist to join a dynamic team where your professionalism and warm personality will make a real difference. This is a temporary role for approx. 3 months maybe longer. Taking incoming calls and directing to relevant departmentArranging meetings and organising rooms, refreshments etc where required.Taking and passing on messages. Letting people know guests are there.Additional paperwork / administration if required. We are looking for someone with Reception experience ideally, who previous experience using a switchboard or similar system, or very confident to pick this up and of course taking incoming calls. This is a busy reception desk so will require someone with previous / similar experience. The role is initially for 3 months but very well may go on for longer. City centre location next to transport links.
