About
As the Receptionist, you will be the first and last touchpoint for all our visitors and team members. Your responsibilities will be diverse and important, ranging from welcoming claimants and their companions who come in for assessments, to facilitating both verbal and written exchanges of information.
You will also be tasked with ensuring the security of the venue and putting the wellbeing of claimants at the forefront of everything you do.
Your contribution will be key to creating a welcoming and secure environment for everyone who visits our venue.

What you’ll be doing:
Meet and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Manage daily appointments using CRM and re-scheduling as and when required.
Open and lock venue and ensure security procedures are followed.
Door Entry Management – Identify and validate all attendees.
Direct claimants to where they need to go/seat them outside the consultation room.
Day to day organisational and administrative duties including data entry, and maintenance of CRM system, uploading documents to Casper.
Maintain business office supplies by keeping an up to date record of stationary surplus.
Ensuring the venue is kept to a professional standard at all times
Providing relevant information to claimants and supporting staff and claimants whilst in venue.
Maintaining a professional relationship with claimants and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Ensuring that all visitors feel welcome and comfortable throughout their experience in clinic.
Provide directions to claimants and their families over the telephone therefore a good knowledge and understating of local bus routes, train stations, taxi’s and parking is very important.
What we’re looking for:
Previous e xperience as a receptionist / customer service / customer facing role.
Experience in liaising with clients / customers via telephone.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written.
Customer service ethos and be of a friendly disposition
