We are looking for a bright and cheerful person to deliver a great customer service to all of our clients as you will be the first point of contact and ongoing support.

Key Requirements:

  • Handle all incoming calls with a polite and professional telephone manner.
  • Perform general office administration duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Manage scheduling, meeting preparations, and internal communications.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient office environment.
  • Familiar with social media and website platforms.
  • To create invoices and take payments, order supplies
  • Organise and schedule delivery times with customers.

About Us:

Make Me Something Special is a family run business, creating bespoke, high quality personalised wooden products. We are located on the Blacknest Industrial Park, outside of Farnham.

We can fit hours around school drop off and collection times

Training will be given on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
