Receptionist – E8 Dental Care
Job Overview:
E8 Dental Care is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting smooth and efficient daily operations.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Utilize Google Suite, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office for administrative functions
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with patients and dental team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (dental or medical office experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computerized systems for data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting functions is an advantage
- Comfortable using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed
