Reception Teaching Assistant Location: Warrington (WA4)Contract: Full-time, long-termStart Date: 3rd November We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the WA4 area of Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with Early Years pupils and is passionate about helping young learners build confidence, independence, and a love for learning. You'll be supporting the class teacher with daily routines, small-group activities, and 1:1 support where needed, helping children with their early phonics, language development, and social skills in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will: Have experience working within Early Years Be confident supporting children with varying needs and abilities Demonstrate patience, positivity, and strong communication skills Be proactive, hands-on, and passionate about early childhood development Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA or Early Years practitioner seeking a rewarding long-term role within a supportive school community.
