The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Reception class and contribute to a highly collaborative and supportive team.Your new role Plan, deliver, and assess engaging EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework.Create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment that supports early development and curiosity.Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and wider agencies to support each child's progress.Accurately track pupil development and contribute to whole-team planning.Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and emotional wellbeing at all times. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience teaching within Early Years, ideally in a Reception setting.Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood pedagogy.A caring, enthusiastic teaching style with excellent communication skills.A passion for delivering outstanding early learning experiences.
