DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role A Renewal Quote Specialist role includes assessing Fortinet renewal information within the iAsset tool to create accurate partner renewal quotes for expiring products. This role also focuses on assisting with process and system improvements, conducting quality reviews, and communicating with multiple departments within Exclusive Networks—written communication of EXN quotes to partners and sellers along with follow-up procedures is an integral requirement of the job. This role will report to the Quote Manager. As the Renewal Quote Specialist, you will: Follow protocols and processes to ensure accurate quote creation Leverage tools (IAsset) to process proactive renewal quotes that ensure completeness and accuracy. Work with cross-functional teams to define and update renewal processes as well as introduce new procedures as required Execute renewal follow-up process for open quotes à30-60-90 days Engage Management and IT for tool enhancements to Increase end to end process effectiveness QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you 2+ Year of Operational Experience Ability to prioritize workload and manage high volume of quote requests at quarter-end or month-end closes Excellent English verbal and written communication skills General understanding of the quote process within distribution Intermediate to advanced MS Office Application - Outlook and Excel + flexibility to learn new systems High sense of urgency to achieve goals, results driven, communication assertively, ability to work under pressure, customer focused and a team player WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for us We are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
