Role & Responsibilities: Supporting the delivery of pre- and post-contract cost management dutiesWorking on a variety of projects across multiple sectorsPreparing cost estimates, procurement advice, and contract administrationAttending client and design team meetingsWorking closely with senior colleagues while developing autonomy on projects Required Experience: Around 2-4 years' UK experience working as a Quantity SurveyorDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related subjectIdeally working towards or interested in achieving MRICS statusExperience across a mix of sectors is desirableConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude What's in it for you? £40,000
