Key Responsibilities of this Quality Manager position: Lead product quality management, ensuring UK regulatory compliance for all hardline products.Ensure processes stay up-to-date with UK laws.Manage vendor relationships, ensuring SEDEX compliance and timely resolution of audit issues.Source high-quality vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage rebates.Work with testing labs, audit houses, third-party partners, and suppliers.Oversee QA/QC policies, product quality issues, recalls, and returns.Maintain product compliance, manage test certificates, and ensure safety data sheets.Lead ethical and environmental audits, maintaining due diligence. Key requirements of this Quality Manager position - 4-5+ years' experience in quality/compliance roles.Leadership experience managing a small team (2 reportees).Experience with external agencies, vendors, and contract management.Strong communication skills and knowledge of UK/EU testing requirements.Familiar with SEDEX systems and third-party audits.Detail-oriented and process-driven.
