About
Are you an experienced Quality Engineer? Have you worked within a mechanical engineering or similar manufacturing environment? Would you like to work for a company whose products are supplied globally?As Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include;Reviewing, developing, improving and maintaining quality, health & safety and environmental systems Leading internal audits and risk assessmentsRCA, corrective actions and investigationsUsing lean tools to drive continuous improvement of processes and proceduresEnsuring all relevant documentation and certification is up to date Maintaining compliance with regulatory and ISO standardsIdentifying and delivering QHSE trainingWith a proven track record (and ideally relevant qualifications) from engineering and manufacturing environments, you will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and have great interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Possessing a solid range of lean and continuous improvement tools (eg experience of 5S, kaizen, six sigma, 8D or similar would be useful), you possess a pragmatic yet creative approach to problem solving. As well as strong ISO9001 knowledge, experience of ISO45001 and ISO14001 would be useful.
