Role: Quality & Compliance AdvisorLocation: NorthamptonHours: Full time, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 (with 30 min break)Salary: £14.42 per hour / £30,000 per annum Temp to perm opportunity An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Quality & Compliance Advisor to join a well-established logistics operation. This role sits within the Quality & Compliance team and plays an important part in making sure standards are met, issues are investigated properly, and customers can trust the service being delivered. This is a great role for someone who enjoys investigating issues, solving problems and working in a busy, regulated environment, where attention to detail and good communication really matter. The team & working environment You’ll be joining a mixed-experience team, made up of both experienced advisors and those still developing. It’s a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on investigations and meeting tight deadlines. The role involves juggling multiple priorities at once, so the team works best when everyone communicates clearly, takes ownership of their work and is willing to support one another during busy periods.
