Our manufacturing Client (Not Food) based in the Fens is looking to recruit a Quality Auditor/Coordinator on a fulltime permanent basis. Working in a well-established business you will be reporting into the Technical Manager and be responsible for ensuring the business is compliant with all UK regulations in terms of Audits and also conducting these audits and reporting any issues to senior Management for action updates. Ensuring the quality standards of the business are maintained and adhered to.Job role: -Plan and execute audits to evaluate process effectiveness and operator competencyAssist in training operators on quality procedures and inspection methodsProvide technical guidance to operators on workmanship standardsSupport Business Systems and product audits as neededCollaborate on problem-solving and continuous improvement initiativesReport findings and improvement opportunities to ManagementTo be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate in work history preparing and conducting audits including following up.This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and the salary is dependent on experience but realistically £30,000 to £35,000.
