This role supports the Quality Assurance and Sustainability Technologist across various product areas and is deal for someone who is highly organised, proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and eager to learn and grow within the company. Key factors of this role are attention to detail, compliance and an interest/knowledge of sustainability. This could be an ideal opportunity for a graduate. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in managing the organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS), including maintaining and updating quality documents and drafting procedure and process documents for approval.Keep the organisation updated on current and developing standards, regulations, and directives as required.Manage annual declarations and test reports from factories and maintain supply chain details for customer supply chain mapping documents.Support in-house training on various topics including Medical Device and PPE Regulations, sustainability assessment tools, and testing training.Monitor testing budgets and keep up to date with regulatory compliance including PPE, MDR, and GPSR.Manage Test Request Forms (TRFs) to ensure they meet customer requirements and updated standards.Support the sales team with general queries and generate technical documents as needed.Monitor customer packaging compliance and work with the Design team on branded packaging to ensure all labelling is compliant with regulations and standards.Liaise with external parties such as 3rd party accredited test laboratories and ensure factories' Ethical & QMS Audits are up to date.Generate GRS t
