What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering high-quality lessons in your subject specialism, following the national curriculumManaging classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, respectful learning environmentSupporting pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND or additional needsCollaborating with department leads and support staff to drive student progressAdapting teaching approaches to engage and inspire diverse learnersContributing to the wider school community with professionalism and enthusiasm What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)Secondary subject specialism (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, etc.)Strong classroom management and confident curriculum knowledgeA positive, proactive, and inclusive approach to teachingA genuine passion for education and student development Why Choose Milk Education?
