This role involves working 1:1 with students to support their academic development in a range of subjects, with a focus on tailoring sessions to meet individual needs. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored lessons in a range of subjects, adapting content and delivery to suit each students learning style. Support students in building academic confidence and achieving their learning goals. Create a safe, nurturing, and motivating learning environment to enhance student engagement. Track and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents, guardians, or professionals. Develop and implement structured learning plans, with flexibility to adjust for the individual needs of each student. Maintain positive communication with students and their families, ensuring all educational needs are met. Essential Requirements Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience in delivering 1:1 tutoring. Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Ability to work independently and manage flexible tutoring schedules.
