Are you an experienced QHSE Engineer looking for a new challenge within engineering?This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful engineering company and be responsible for leading their QHSE and improvement activities.Responsibilities will include;Supporting the development and management of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and legislationIdentifying and delivering QHSE training across the business Embed a culture and ethos of continuous improvement Audits, RCAs, NCRs, risk assessments, warranty investigations and corrective actions Using lean tools to drive improvementsStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels is essential – you will be key in driving behavioural changes and leading QHSE activities across the site. Highly organised with strong data analysis skills, you will be a good problem solver who is confident at delivering presentations, training and influencing others. You will be ideally experienced within manufacturing or engineering environments and possess relevant Quality, Health, Safety or Environmental qualifications/experience (eg NEBOSH (or equivalent), lead auditor etc). This role may interest you if you have worked as a Quality Engineer, QHSE Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, QHSE Manager or similar and this is easily commutable from Cambridge, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Ely, Littleport, Royston, Bedford, Huntingdon, St Neots, Cambourne, St Ives, Peterborough, Thrapston and many more locations in the East of England.
