Brown Brothers in Kirkconnel are currently looking for a QC. The hours of work are 6.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday. The rate of pay starts at £12.85 moving to £13.10 once fully trained in one area.

Previous experience is not required as successful candidates will receive full training.

Job Purpose

The Technical Team are looking for a motivated individual to join the QC team to perform day to day monitoring of quality systems and product quality. The individual will help to ensure that product meets the required specification in line with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

- CCP Checks

- Scale Checks

- Sampling/Swabbing

- Positive Release as and when required

- Product Temperatures

- Room Temperatures

- Glass and Hard Plastic Audits

- Probe Calibration

- Cleaning Audits as and when required

- Aid Technical Department with other investigations as and when required

- Ensure operatives adhere to Health & Safety / Hygiene Procedures at all times

FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.

Hours of Work

6.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday, weekend overtime available

Wage / Salary Details

£12.85 starting rate moving to £13.10 once fully trained in one area
