Your responsibilities will include: Performing routine sampling, testing, reporting, and release of raw materials and finished productsHighlighting analytical failures (OOS results) and contributing to investigationsCoordinating concessions, pre-shipment samples, and urgent orders with customer supportCarrying out GMP and hygiene audits, environmental and allergen monitoringSupporting validation activities such as allergen, homogeneity, cleaning, and shelf-life studiesConducting pre-requisite checks including temperature and humidity monitoringVerifying batch paperwork and labels for productionCollating and reviewing analysis data for product releaseIssuing Certificates of Analysis to customersCoordinating testin
