Walker Cole International is supporting a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer in the search for a Quality Assurance Manager to enhance their on-site Quality function. This position offers the opportunity to lead critical quality processes and ensure ongoing compliance within a regulated GMP environment.As a QA Manager you will be responsible for:Overseeing and improving the site Quality Management System to ensure operational compliance.Leading regulatory interactions and maintaining inspection readiness across the organisation.Embedding strong GMP standards by working closely with operational and technical teams.Managing core quality activities, including investigations, supplier oversight, and key quality documentation.To be successful as a Quality Manager, you will have:A degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.Extensive experience within a GMP-governed pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of UK and EU regulatory expectations.Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and develop quality personnel.Quality Assurance | QA | GMP | MHRA | Pharmaceutical | QMS | Quality Management System | Deviation | CAPA | Change Control | Audit | Validation | Regulatory | Inspection Readiness | PQR | Compliance | Quality Leadership
