- The opportunity
- As part of the Global Deals Hub, the Pursuit Resource Center (PRC) team is at the forefront of driving pursuit excellence across service lines, regions, and sectors. In this role, you will actively support our pursuit innovation strategy and contribute directly to the products and services that make pursuit efforts more effective. You will be empowered to shape the way pursuit teams access and leverage best-in-class materials, ensuring that client servers have the tools they need to succeed. - Your key responsibilities
- Maintain pursuit excellence across your domain by ensuring that pursuit self-help strategies meet the evolving needs of pursuit teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador, increasing awareness and adoption of EY’s pursuit self-help products and services among domain teams and requestors.
- Co-develop and deliver presentations and training on pursuit excellence to all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute content and expertise to in-scope RFPs and proposals, ensuring high-quality responses that reflect leading practices and lessons learned.
- Assist with pursuit content processes, including outreach, harvesting, and curation, to ensure materials align with business priorities and are easily accessible.
- Maintain and enhance EY’s curated global library of best practice pursuit content, PRC tools, and enablers, while providing high-touch pursuit support.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, co-delivering practical solutions and actively promoting the value and impact of the PRC.
- Supervise, coach, and guide junior team members to deliver initiatives and support day-to-day operations.
- Develop insights from KPIs and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of pursuit self-help in your domain.
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization of EY’s pursuit self-help resources.

- Expertise in content management, curating and maintaining pursuit content, tools, and enablers to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
- Teamwork and project management skills, including leading projects and workstreams and supporting colleagues across geographies.
- Willingness to apply AI to enhance work processes and sharing practical insights with teams.
- Strong execution and delivery focus, producing high-quality, brand-aligned pursuit materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills for performance measurement, enabling tracking and reporting of KPIs and using insights to drive improvements.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset, readily adopting new tools and processes and seeking ways to optimize efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to support pursuit teams and contribute to deliverables.
- What we look for
- We are seeking candidates with a university degree and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in pursuits, knowledge, or client service. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience at EY and a strong understanding of the EY pursuit process, methods, tools, and enablers. Familiarity with service line, field of play, and EY solutions is highly valued. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. - We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,000 to $187,000 . The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,000 to $212,500 . Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
