Job Title: Full-Time Purchasing & Quality Control Coordinator (Based in Guangdong, China) Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional based in Guangdong, China to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, and quality control for our product line on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term, full-time role — ideal for someone with strong sourcing and inspection experience who can act as our trusted representative on the ground to ensure quality, consistency, and clear communication with suppliers. Responsibilities: Manage purchasing and supplier communication for ongoing production orders. Conduct quality inspections before each shipment, including photos, videos, and written reports. Liaise directly with factories to resolve quality issues, defects, or delays. Work with our account manager to identify and address customer-reported product issues, coordinating corrective actions with factories. Assist with new product development, including sourcing and evaluating new factories. Keep accurate records of QC reports, supplier performance, and order status. Requirements: Must be based in Guangdong Province (ideally near Guangzhou, Foshan, or Shenzhen). Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, or quality control for export-oriented products. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Highly organized, responsible, and proactive. Able to visit factories when needed. Familiar with WeChat, Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inspection/reporting tools. Preferred (but not required): Experience working with international clients or export-focused factories. Knowledge of factory audits or inspection standards (AQL, etc.).
