Purchasing AdministratorAre you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for an opportunity to build experience within buying and procurement?We are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to support a purchasing function, providing day-to-day administrative and buying support across orders, suppliers, and internal requests.This is a great opportunity to join a role where you can develop your skills, gain exposure to purchasing activities, and grow your experience within a supportive environment.The RoleSupporting the Buyer and wider team, you will play a key part in the day-to-day purchasing and administrative processes, helping to ensure materials and supplies are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time.As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for:Raising and processing purchase ordersSupporting supplier communication and order trackingMaintaining accurate purchasing and stock recordsLiaising with internal teams to support production and operational requirementsProviding general administrative support to the purchasing functionYou will have the following skills and experience:Previous experience in an administrative, purchasing, or office-based role is preferableStrong communication skills with a proactive mindsetHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office and ExcelAn interest in buying, procurement, or supply chain would be beneficial but not essentialWhat’s in it for you:£25,000 to £30,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to receive support/training towards CIPS qualificationFlexible workingOnsite parkingIf you’re ready for a role that offers variety, development and long-term potential, this could be
