Job DescriptionManagement of the Purchase ledger teamEnsure timely and accurate processing and payment of purchase invoice, expenses and related itemsAct as key contact for the group / third parties in resolution of queries Promote continuous process improvement, improving use of automation and system controlsEnsure purchase ledger controls are operating effectively and following robust issue management techniquesDevelop and produce timely management information, monitoring productivity of team members and delivering KPIs at expected levels.Support related project implementation, in particular continued roll out new Finance systems and integration of acquired entities’ purchase ledger functions.Management and development of team; coaching of key AP skills and techniquesQualificationsExperienced people and process manager with a proven track-rec
