We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Failsworth based client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong Accounts Payable expertise to a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Purchase Ledger and Accounts PayableAbility to work quickly and accurately with minimal supervisionConfident using financial systems and Microsoft OutlookExperience with Syspro is highly desirable, but not essentialStrong communication skills and a proactive approach Key Responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices and credit notesManaging payment runs and reconciling supplier statementsResolving invoice queries in a timely mannerMaintaining accurate records and ensuring data integritySupporting month-end processes as needed Our client offer excellent working conditions and benefits, including flexible working hours and 1 - 2 days per week working from home
