Purchase Ledger ClerkSheffield | Permanent | Full-time We’re currently working with a well-established and growing business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid purchase ledger experience who enjoys working in a busy, collaborative finance function and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. The role will include: Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Matching, batching and coding invoices Managing supplier accounts and resolving invoice queries Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies Processing payment runs and supporting month-end close Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required About you: Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident working in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using finance systems and MS Excel A positive, team-focused attitude What’s on offer: 25 days holiday + bank holidays Hybrid working AAT study support Opportunity to develop within a growing business If you’re looking for your next step within purchase ledger and would like to find out more, please get in touch for a confidential discussion.
