Your Role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our accounts payable function.
Responsibilities
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and on time
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing payment runs and maintaining supplier relationships
- Supporting month-end closing activities
- Assisting with audits and financial reporting as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger / accounts payable role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel and Sage
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills
