This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys a steady, reliable workload and isn't necessarily looking to climb the ladder, but instead values being a trusted, long-term member of a close-knit finance team.Your new role Processing high volumes of purchase invoicesMatching delivery notes with invoices and purchase ordersPosting and reconciling invoices transferred from the Pegasus Operations systemActing as the first point of contact for supplier queriesSupporting month-end by analysing outstanding invoicesEntering project/job costings into the Pegasus Operations systemPreparing weekly and monthly supplier payment runsReconciling supplier statementsGeneral administration, including filing and archivingAssisting the wider finance team with additional tasks(Desirable) Providing cover for Sales Ledger and import/export duties What you'll need to succeed Has solid experience in a purchase ledger processing environmentIs highly confident using Microsoft Excel and WordWorks well under pressure and can meet tight deadlinesShows strong attention to detail and organisation.
