Description Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.Assist in month-end processes, including journal entries and reporting.Respond to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner.Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Collaborate with the team to improve accounts payable processes. Profile A successful Purchase Ledger Assistant should have: Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar role.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.An eye for detail and accuracy in financial data management.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Knowledge of accounting principles and practices within the property industry.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
