Builds professional relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their unique business and IT needs. Identifies sales opportunities related to technical specialties within existing accounts in collaboration with account managers. Analyzes sales data to track progress, contribute to sales forecasting, and identify areas for improvement in sales techniques and approaches. Contributes to account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. Collaborates with product development teams to create custom solutions or tailor existing offerings to meet specific client needs. Takes ownership of tracking and reporting on key sales metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies. Participates in training sessions and workshops for the sales team to enhance sales techniques and communication skills. Stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to enhance expertise and contribute to market positioning. Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Complexity Responds to routine issues within established guidelines.
