Key Responsibilities

Public Area Cleaning

  • Keep lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lounges, and lifts in immaculate condition, offering guests a first impression of elegance and care.
  • Refresh busy areas throughout the day, ensuring every step through the hotel feels polished and cared for.
  • Restock and maintain public restrooms with precision, ensuring they remain spotless and welcoming.
  • Step behind the scenes in guest rooms when needed, turning every space into a showcase of perfection.

Presentation & Attention to Detail

  • Perfect every element of presentation: from crisp linens and precise towel arrangements to carefully placed touches and inviting lighting.
  • Follow our standards for layout and finishing touches, ensuring each room unfolds like a scene of five-star elegance.
  • Discreetly pass along guest requests or special preferences to your supervisor, ensuring the performance always meets the mark.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all health, safety, fire, and COSHH procedures with precision.
  • Manage and store cleaning products and equipment carefully, treating them as essential tools of your craft.
  • Wear your uniform with pride and maintain impeccable grooming, a professional costume ready for every performance.
  • Spot and report hazards or maintenance issues immediately, keeping the stage safe for all.
  • Participate actively in all training sessions and drills, mastering emergency procedures and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in excellent order, creating a backstage ready for smooth operations.

Working Hours

  • 2 days per week (12 hours per week)
  • Sunday to Thursday 2:00pm - 8:30pm
  • Friday & Saturday 3:30pm - 10:00pm
  • Optional extra shifts available
