At PGIM, You Can Our RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work within the European CLO Product Team. The role has two primary focuses, firstly leading development and execution of new European CLO mandates, and secondly supporting the on-going maintenance, administration and optimisation of existing European CLOs. Leading new CLO mandates will require strong project management, attention-to-detail and communication skills. The role requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders including portfolio managers, banks, investors, senior management, legal, compliance and marketing teams. The candidate will initially be expected to support senior team members in this role but will eventually take primary responsibility. Supporting the existing platform will require strong analytical skills, ability to use initiative and effective time management.
