Roles are available in either Hillingdon or Brent.Employees often describe the organisation as supportive, inclusive, and development-focused, with plenty of opportunities to progress internally.One recent Glassdoor review mentioned that the induction process was excellent and that team support and training were some of the best they’d experienced.The role: You’ll be trained to become an IPS Employment Specialist, working with people who have mental health conditions or physical disabilities to help them find and sustain meaningful employment.Your work will be community-based, hot-desking across partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts. You’ll meet participants 1-to-1, coaching and supporting them to overcome barriers, build confidence, and move into sustainable work. You’ll also work closely with Jobcentre Plus advisers and health professionals to provide joined-up support.A key part of the role involves engaging with employers every week — building relationships and creating new opportunities tailored to your participants’ skills and aspirations.
