 - This is a dual-impact role where portfolio management meets new business development across Northern Ireland. You’ll be the driving force behind expanding our client base while deepening relationships with existing customers—delivering smarter, more profitable solutions that evolve with their needs.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Commercial Growth: Lead the development of new business opportunities and actively manage existing client portfolios to deliver year-on-year profitable growth.
 - Account Management: Build deep relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and deliver tailored security solutions that evolve with their needs.
 - P&L Ownership: Share responsibility for branch financial performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
 - Innovate and Transform: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and transform traditional services into intelligent, integrated solutions.
 - Client Engagement: Conduct regular client reviews, KPI/SLA meetings, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
 - Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, gather local market insights, and use data to inform commercial strategies and service improvements.
 - Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
 - Sales Strategy Execution: Design and implement local commercial plans, lead price negotiations, and manage transformation pipelines.
 - Risk-Based Evaluation: Continuously assess service provision and propose alternative models to enhance efficiency and profitability.
 - Customer Experience Excellence: Champion client-centricity by identifying solution gaps and driving innovation to meet evolving market needs.

What we're looking for
- Essential
 - Experience in undertaking project costings and managing margins.
 - Experience in both Account Management but a drive to bring in new business – Full sales lifecycle.
 - A big team player who can contribute positively to a dynamic environment of internal and external stakeholders.
 - Good communicator and at ease with presenting in front of a wide range of key
 - Knowledge base with respect to technical security products
 - Strategic thinker – demonstrates robust strategic leadership skills
 - Innovative and engaging approach to problem solving
 - Desirable
 - Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a commercial environment
