We have an excellent opportunity to join an established St. James’s Place Wealth Management practice as a Protection Administrator, to support a Specialist Protection financial adviser within the team based in the Moorgate, London on a full-time basis. Role OverviewThis role is highly suited to an individual with previous knowledge or experience of working with protection products in an administrative capacity. They will be looking to bring their administrative and client servicing skills to a new working environment where they can develop further and be an integral part of a successful team. Role OverviewWorking alongside their Advisory Team, your responsibilities will be to provide full back-office support to their in-house Protection Specialist. The role is key in maintaining compliance, managing client documentation and drafting of the Protection Specialist’s advice recommendations. Previous experience in protection or mortgage administration is highly desirable for this position, as is the ability to work in a fast paced environment. You shall be responsible for dealing with the administration and processing of all protection cases including Life Assurance, Income Protection, Critical illness cover, Mortgage protection and private medical insurance. There will also be scope to develop your knowledge and understanding of other financial services products to support the wider team as required.
