Proposition Manager - Advice InnovationWe are seeking a highly motivated and talented Proposition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the management and evolution of the advice proposition at M&G Advice. This role requires the candidate to drive change in an ever moving industry, all with keeping the customer at the heart of what they do. Close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders is important, as well as a sound knowledge of the regulatory advice landscape and market. Key Responsibilities: Develop advice services in line with the business roadmap - working with key stakeholders to lead design and ongoing development of new advice journeys. This will involve working closely with change functions, technology partners and regulatory and compliance colleaguesSupport in evolution of advice guidelines to support journeys - using extensive knowledge of regulation and advice guidelines to ensure positive client outcomesWork closely with the change function to ensure the planning and resources required for delivery
